We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Horse Grazing Muzzles. Every muzzle is carefully designed and tested to provide durability, comfort, and safety for your horse.

This product is designed to break away from the halter in extreme force situations to help prevent harm to your horse or pony; however, this cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance. We do recommend using a field safe headcollar.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of 6 months.

After 6 months, a repair service is available for rivets and magnet loss under normal use for a further 6 months, free of charge (excluding postage).

We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee against rubbing or discomfort, assuming the fit is correct.

We will exchange the muzzle for a different size free of charge, provided your horse or pony has not grazed while wearing the product (please refer to the sizing guide for instructions).

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Bite or chew marks

  • Excessive force or misuse

  • Accidents or improper fitting

  • Environmental wear (fencing, rough terrain, herd interaction, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear over time

Because horses live in active and unpredictable environments, certain types of damage are beyond our control.

We aim to respond promptly and make the process simple and fair.

Our goal is to ensure you and your horse can enjoy safe, comfortable grazing with complete confidence in your equipment.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect those rights.
